We provide free shipping to customers in the United States on orders over $50. U.S. Expedited shipping and shipping to Canada are computed based on the total weight of your purchase and the shipping type you select during checkout. Our online ordering system offers you the opportunity to select the US or Canada shipping method and associated cost that best meets your needs. At this time we only ship using the US Postal Service. Returns and Refunds

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase from Sous le Lit Shoes and Accessories. So here is how our returns work. Items must be returned within 14 days of being received, be unworn and in their original packaging and be accompanied by a copy of your original receipt. If your item was shipped US Priority free shipping, your return shipping will be paid by Sous le Lit. Any other shipping method, customer will pay shipping costs to return the item to Sous le Lit Shoes Clothing Accessories. By following this return policy you will receive a credit to the credit card you used to pay for your item. We will contact you by phone for that card number. We do not store your credit card information in our computer system. If you are exchanging an item, Sous le Lit will pay shipping costs.
